Site Acquisition
Using your search criteria, or an assessment developed by Summit, we identify and recommend sites for new telecommunications service, negotiate the lease, and oversee the contracting process. In addition, Summit provides extensive site assessments of various conditions, including:

RF Engineering
Summit analyzes coverage objectives, takes measurements and performs the tests necessary to identify optimal placement of wireless equipment, and produces the final design.

Planning/Zoning
Summit provides comprehensive planning and documentation services, including identifying site zoning restraints, providing economic analysis based on site restraints, and recommending solutions to overcome restraints. Additional services include identifying available utilities and providing utility routing and mounting services.

Surveying / 2C Documents
Summit uses state of the art technology and instruments to conduct and provide the full spectrum of surveys, including 2C, Wireless Communication Site, Construction Site, ALTA, TOPO, Boundary, and Right of Way.

Photo Simulation
Utilizing best of breed applications, Summit prepares high-resolution photo-simulations of the proposed site for zoning documents and exhibits.

Construction Drawings
Summit provides detailed and comprehensive construction drawings for the proposed site, screenings, and surroundings.

CAD Services
Summit offers documentation services including full size color plotting on several types of media for all types of exhibits, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
