Sprint Broadband Wireless Group, Tucson Call Center Expansion, Tucson, AZ

The Sprint Tucson Call Center required an expansion that would increase the data center space by 50%. The expansion required installation of additional UPS and generator systems, as well as tenant improvement, while maintaining 100% uptime in the data center. Summit PDS worked with Sprint to efficiently install the UPS and generator backup systems in the active call center, as well as provide seamless expansion into the new 12,000 square foot data center space. All operations were maintained throughout the project during Spring 2001.
