Sprint Broadband Wireless Group, Regional Operations Group, Fresno, CA

The Sprint Regional Operations Facility in Fresno was being constructed under a rapid-build schedule, however, Sprint needed to further consolidate the timeline to completion. The Sprint Project Manager was Jim Williams, who oversaw the $860,000 project in the Summer of 2001. To accelerate the building completion, Summit PDS began construction of the interior finish prior to completion of the building shell. Working closely with the building shell contractor, Summit fast-tracked the internal build out and finish, allowing Sprint to occupy the building 3 weeks earlier than previously planned.
