The Sprint Tulsa facility had an opportunity to consolidate office space and substantially reduce monthly lease costs by reducing occupancy from 20,000 square feet to approximately 10,000 square feet. The opportunity timeline, however, was 2 weeks, and required construction while fully occupied. The Sprint Project Manager was Ruth Gress, who oversaw the $30,000 project to its completion in Winter 2001. |
| Working closely with the landlord, Summit PDS established a highly consolidated two-week schedule which accommodated the demolition, tenant improvement construction, and personnel move. The project was completed on time, allowing Sprint to realize the lease savings, with minimal disruption to the office operations. |
