Sprint E|Solutions undertook the construction of a new Internet Data Center in Colorado under an ultra tight timeline with a budget of $24 million. The 150,000 square foot facility needed to be completed in record time, from design through to finish work. Summit PDS and J.E. Dunn formed a joint venture to accelerate the completion timeline. Summit oversaw the construction management, project management, and construction of the facility, which was opened and running by the appointed deadline within 7 months.
