Qwest Communications Corporation, Den-571 PCS Communication Site, Denver, CO

Qwest required urgent Greenfield construction of a tower communication site. The challenge was in power availability, due to local right of way constraints. Qwest needed a construction management company to oversee the construction and commence operations despite the lack of power. In order to complete the site on the rapid-build schedule, Summit PDS completed the tower construction, and commissioned and integrated the site on generator power. Once the right of way issues were settled, Summit PDS migrated the site to permanent power.
