Cricket Communications Orchard Athletic Club PCS Communication Site Loveland, CO

In order to meet a corporate objective for national capability in January 2002, Cricket required the permitting, full construction, commissioning, and integration of this PCS site within five calendar days. On top of the time constraints, owner supplied materials were not available. Summit PDS project management procured materials independently, constructed ultra tight timelines, and allocated a complete team to construct the site on time. Actual construction of this $140,000 project completed five hours before deadline - on a project where every minute counted!
