The North Colorado Therapy Center was completing its rehabilitation facility and executive offices when a zoning restriction was announced. The zoning restriction prohibited mechanical equipment on the roof, if viewable on the street. Summit rapidly provided a photo simulation of the completed structure, which identified that the mechanical equipment on the roof was not viewable to passersby. The immediacy of response allowed construction to continue without a delay, allowing the project to be completed on time.
