Sprint Broadband Wireless Group, Regional Headquarters, Englewood, CO

The Sprint Regional Headquarters was an occupied building that required large scale tenant improvement while maintaining all operations. This tight-turn project was completed in Spring 2001 for $1.2 million. In order to prevent operational disruption, Summit PDS managed the tenant improvement construction in four phases, orchestrated large-scale and complex personnel moves, and maintained 100% uptime throughout the on-time project completion.
