Rocky Mountain Mutual Mortgage Regional Office Denver, CO

In Autumn 2001, Rocky Mountain Mutual Mortgage planned to relocate their office, but did not complete negotiations for the new site until one month from the expiration of their existing lease. In order to avoid the month-to-month lease penalty on the current location, Rocky Mountain Mutual Mortgage needed tenant improvement to their new office and relocation services to be completed within 30 days. Summit PDS expedited all permits, provided design/build services, and created an accelerated schedule for completion of the new office. The construction and tenant finish was completed, and personnel moved to the new site on time, allowing Rocky Mountain Mutual Mortgage to avoid a costly month-to-month lease penalty payment.
