Granite Development Corporation was evaluating construction of new office space in Autumn 2001, however, strict budgetary constraints complicated the site design and planning. Granite Development Corporation needed an architectural and engineering firm that could efficiently complete the design, planning, and zoning phase of pre-construction. Summit PDS worked closely with Granite Development Corporation to understand the budget constraints and space requirements. Based on industry experience in the Denver metropolitan area, Summit was able to provide pre-planning, budgeting and estimating, and architectural zoning document services within budget and on time.
